Have you ever considered putting fresh guacamole on a breakfast sandwich? No? Well, here’s some food for thought. Toast an English muffin or bagel. Take one half, and put a piece of pepper jack cheese. On the other, spread some fresh guacamole. Add an egg cooked to your preference, sausage, and bacon on the half with the cheese. Then, put the two halves back together and chow down on the best breakfast sandwich you will ever have.
Fresh Guacamole Salad Dressing.
All you have to do to make a guacamole salad dressing is mix the leftover guac with some red wine venegar and olive oil to make an excellent vinaigrette. Put some on a chicken Cobb salad, and enjoy.
Guacaked Potato.
You can put all sorts of things on baked potatoes, like chili, bacon, sour cream, chives, cheddar, and even fresh guacamole. To make it even tastier, mix it two parts guac with one part sour cream, and spread over your baked potato. Then, sprinkle it with shredded cheddar and bacon for the ultimate guacaked potato.
