Jalapeno Guacamole. First things first, you’re going to need about three avocados, two diced tomatoes, half a bunch of cilantro, one chopped onion, two chopped jalapeno, two pressed cloves of garlic, three tablespoons of lime juice, half a teaspoon of kosher salt, one-quarter teaspoon of ground pepper, and a half-teaspoon of cumin. Cut, pit, and mash the avocados. Stir in your other veggies, and seasonings, and serve.
Hot-n-Spicy Veggie Dip. To make a spicy veggie dip, get a pack of Italian dressing mix, 16-ounces of cream cheese, and a can of tomatoes and chiles. Just mix the cream cheese and the dressing mix together, and slowly add the canned tomatoes and chiles. Then, let it chill for an hour, and it’ll be ready to serve.
Spicy Garlic Hummus. If you want to make some spicy hummus, you’re going to need a 19-ounce can of garbanzo beans, two tablespoons of tahini, two tablespoons of lemon juice, a tablespoon of water, three crushed cloves of garlic, half a teaspoon of ground cumin, a quarter-teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and a hot chili pepper. Drain the can of garbanzo beans, and process it with the lemon juice, garlic, pepper, and tahini in a blender. Then, add as much water to the mixture as you need to get the consistency that you want. Some people like it more soupy, while others prefer it to be more thick. Once it’s set, add pepper, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, and cumin to taste. Then, let it chill in the fridge for a while. The flavors will improve if given a bit of time. Then, it’s ready to serve.
